Not everyone has perfect eye sight and there are still people in today world that can't read. It's just not us adults that look at the website, children do too. Anything that is misleading in the eyes of the law, even if it's in the slightest is against the law. Having these SBNO rides listed on the website is misleading, however you look at it.
I don't think it's ideal having it on the website, but come on, it is not breaking the law!
If it's misleading then yes it is breaking the law under the FTA (fair trade act). On the website they are saying that the Twirling Toadstool is undergoing TLC. The recent posted pic say's otherwise. I leave it there...
As for it never appearing ever again, we've only really seen pictures of the rotting fibre glass theming have we not? Not sure these pictures indicate it won't be reopening, just that it won't be reopening themed as a Toadstool.
The fact that you say you'll get Ash to run down Bond Street naked and not yourself - does that mean you think there could be an element of truth in what Alton said?Oh, good old "current intention"...
The exact words senior managers used to lie to us in my old council job.
If this reopens I will get ash to run down Bond St naked.
At least Alton are doing something!
