That's what I'm suggesting. Everyone think the new music being made still, so I was trying to say it could've been made months ago since John was listening to it.
Where did the talk of soundtracks being made come from, then?

I’d be surprised if the soundtracks for any of Merlin’s new for 2023 attractions are still being made.

I do seriously wonder when this might be announced. In terms of the past three additions that are CBeebies related (that I can think of): Galactica was announced on 12 January 2016, Wicker Man was announced on 8 January 2018, and Gangsta Granny: The Ride was announced on 9 January 2020. They seem to follow a similar pattern, so let's hope we actually have some concrete news soon!

Well They said that the fourth scare attraction would be announced soon last year, and soon turned out to be just shy of a month, so it could be next year before we know anything for this.🤣

Still won't stop people saying screens and projectors are a good idea :tearsofjoy:
Projectors are definitely a good idea, if done right. The same with screens but to a much lesser extent.
High quality projection mapping can look incredible, if the budget allows for it.

That is because they can be if done right!
I have probably mentioned this but, from looking at POV's, the ride that seamlessly combines screens and physical sets the best is easily Pirates of the Caribbean: Battle for the Sunken Treasure at Shanghai Disneyland. That rides shows the potential of screens when done right.

For things like background imagery of something like a horizon or a city, I think they do fine, but when it's something like Ratatouille the Ride and it's close up in your face and forcingyou to focus on that, I'm not a big fan of it.

Back onto Duel (or soon to be The Haunted House again?) I'm incredibly excited they're going down the old fashioned route with proper illusions and props thanks to his heavy influence. I loved that he said its going to be a more maintain and freshen up-like refurb with new stuff inside instead of something completely radically different and unrecognisable, though there is a new storyline to be accounted in. What's already inside there is great but really did need a freshen and clean up with new effects in some places and new little surprises. Him showing his distaste of The HH turning into Duel really made my day XD.
