What is with the love for The Swarm in this thread? It’s so poor!
I know what you mean. It's not poor though, not by a long way. However anyone who rates it higher than Nemmy I don't think I quite trust. Hahaha

The swarm is marmite from what I read , I love it, but it's not an thrilling ride for me, more a really fun ride. A bit like Galactica without headsets.
That’s my pointThe Swarm is the first half of a great coaster.

But Swarm is no shorter than Nemesis, though. At least I don't think it feels it onride. The Swarm is the first half of a great coaster.

Please tell me that is a joke. Please.

Not a joke, it’s like what Liseberg did to preview Valkyria.
Oh, I thought it meant Icon was going to be a VR coaster

No POV or previews for me until I’ve been on the ride

Nemesis is short but doesn't feel like anything is missing, its ending fits, and uses up the space and its energy, while Swarm, despite being like twice as tall, just suddenly stops for no apparent reason. I don't think it's a bad ride at all but it feels like it was made on RCT3 and they ran out of money. But Swarm is no shorter than Nemesis, though. At least I don't think it feels it onride.

At least they had enough money to finish the track, eh?

What’s the point of a VR preview if it opens in a few weeks?
Spread the word, market it etc. Quite a cool way to show off your new toy.

The coaster was all a lie and this VR “preview” is actually the new for 2018 ride.
Mack just needed some space to test a layout, and Pleasure Beach obliged. Now that they’ve got some POV footage shot for the VR the coaster is now going to be dismantled and sent to Mangyongdae Funfair in North Korea.
