Maelstrom said:This must be a record for an Alton towers project, 10 days until opening and looking almost finished! Most Alton projects still have more to do than what's left in CBeebies land the night before opening! I hope they have finally learned.
Alastair said:The CBeebies audio sounds great, so fresh in comparison with the old Farm music (which was annoying after the 20 second loop had repeated more than twice).

The 'Enchanted Forest coming soon' part reminds me of how the park used to let people know about future developments in the 90s and early 00s and it looks really smart! No prizes for guessing this is a family year though. There's heavy emphasis on everything 'family' - particularly Cbeebies Land (obviously), Cloud Cuckoo Land and Mutiny Bay. I like the use of the signs for those three areas too, and it's a shame that they haven't done the same for the others. It certainly reaffirms the map's emphasis on the family attractions this year.
I still say the resort needs to be on a separate map by itself to allow more space for the park. We know Merlin love to remind everyone of their 'theme park resorts', but the theme park and the resort are two different things and should go back to being treated as such, for the sake of a more practical and less cluttered map.
Overall, it's nice.
