I thought the law and guidelines were the same?1. So basically lockdown will now follow the law not the added guidelines.

Law: no actual limit on exerciseI thought the law and guidelines were the same?
You'll have more luck asking a first group TOC that...Interesting, so no word yet on amusement parks or when I'm allowed to just hop on the train for a non essential trip
It's a bit depressing how the UK death toll goes over 30,000 and the media are only interested in telling people the lockdown is going to end, despite the scale or speed of the easing not being made public yet. After looking at the sensationalist headlines I've seen, I'm sure a lot will suddenly think it's back to normal on Monday.
Well i have a mask ready to go.
However it only filters on the way in and expels my breath without filtering

I wouldn't exactly describe lockdown as good for mental health....The constant nagging pressure of the media to lift restrictions will be just as responsible for the spike in deaths as the gov for their struggle sourcing last minute PPE and leaving private care homes to fend for themselves. 30,000 relatives have died. 30,000 family members have died. 30,000 parents, brothers, sisters, grandparents, friends & loved ones. There's still around 600 people dying every day. How can the media be so irresponsible speculating on announcements that are yet to be made. Giving people premature hope. Encouraging people to leave their homes and socialise. Ruining peoples mental health.

Technically we did hear from them.are people still reading and believing the MSN
and regards the Law, today is 21days since the last review of lockdown, by law they have to review and yet we hear nothing.
Gov expect us to abide by the law but they
Well, barely. I'd be interested to know the logic in shifting the 'big announcement' from today, when it should rightfully have been (end of the last extension), to Sunday. If there is any truth in some restrictions being softened slightly from Monday, doesn't give any time for businesses etc. to prepare.Technically we did hear from them.
No changes.
That's them having reviewed it
Either way we have it uncertainty is what I think is causing issues for many people and not just autistics who struggle with it anyway.Catch 22. The lockdown is terrible for mental health. The media's portrayal of the lockdown, lifting of the lockdown, coronavirus etc. is bad for mental health
