Thought so. I've never been to Fantasy Island (both the UK and the US one which I'll probably never get to go to now), but I was hoping to visit it next year to try out Odyssey, Turbulence and Millennium which is apparently a smooth Vekoma!Yeah I know, was joking.
Yeah, I've been once. Millennium is great, didn't try Oddeysey though. The indoor pyramid section is magical, One of the best themed indoor theme park areas in Europe. And they've added a high ropes course this year! Definitely want to get back sometime.Thought so. To be fair, it's been operated more by Mellors than when it was owned by the old group.Odyssey is a decent ride, (was it was 15 years ago i last rode it) lol
They probably think that they can't make it look any worse than it is so let them crack onFantasy Island have been given permission to make certain future developments without having to apply for planning permission each time.

Fantastic news for the park's future!
Before Mellors I'd always message Fantasy and ask if Odyssey was open to justify the 6 hour round trip. The first time I messaged after Mellors takeover they responded instantly and said "Of course it is, things are different now" - no arguments from me on that.
