You're thinking too much into this. If you're after walk on rides all day, you won't find that anymore for the rest of the season. The park will feel busier than a normal September so technically everyone is right in saying the park won't be really quiet in the way it has been between 2016 - 20. Those days may never return and for the sake of the future prospects of the park I hope they never will. Why moderate? Kids will be at school and it is a weekday. Surely it will be really quiet? I'm going the week before on the 17th and tried to pick the quietest day possible.
Nemesis on 80 minutes! as well.Yikes, both Rita and Thirteen are closed currently and as a result, Roller Disco is on 40 mins!
Enterprise (no surprise there) and Wicker Man are also closed as well.
I do wonder why Wicker Man has been down all day, this must be the fourth or so downtime period in the past year, which doesn't seem normal for a simple GCI woodie?
Yeah I hadn't thought of that. It does seem to be fairly reliable these days. I wonder how long it'll last with that Gerstlauer unpredictably.I think it's amazing what a turn around the smiler has had for reliability. Over the years it's not been particularly reliable but thr past year or so it's rarely had any downtime
You know what, come to think of it, you're right. I never thought I'd see the day that the Smiler would be one of Towers more reliable coasters.I think it's amazing what a turn around the smiler has had for reliability. Over the years it's not been particularly reliable but thr past year or so it's rarely had any downtime
People must be stupid to wait that... for a pirate shipApparently The Blade has a 60 minute queue...
I can't wait to check the queue times when September hits!
People must be stupid to wait that... for a pirate ship
In terms of the "stupid" comment, you've got to think that some families could be willing to wait that long for The Blade as it may be the most exciting ride that certain younger ones can go on because of height requirements. Waiting 60 minutes for The Blade could be that person's equivalent of someone else waiting 60 minutes for Nemesis; etc. I wouldn't say it's stupid at all. I wouldn't do it, but that's because there are more exciting rides than The Blade for my age and height.
