A little more information on 2019:

- The new Sesame Street dark ride will open in SesamoAventura next April.
- The new Colorado Creek hotel will be completed in June.
- Hotel PortAventura will continue its extensive refurbishment with the complete remodelling of all 500 bedrooms.
- The PortAventura Convention Centre will substantially expand its infrastructure with building enhancements and added parking.

Sounds like 2019 will be a busy year for PA!

Today PortAventura have released concept images and more information about the new resort hotel opening June 2019. The new hotel will consist of 150 'Deluxe' rooms bringing it in line with Hotel 'The Callaghan's' being the second 4* Deluxe hotel on resort and the seventh in total;

I’m still not completely sold on the theme, but that concept art looks lovely, probably makes it look like one of the nicer hotels at the resort.

Currently I use Callaghan's - the rooms are great. Only downside is that it's a fair way to the Lobby Bar and can feel a little detached.
