So I was planning on going to towers on friday. I found out that they're doing a rollercoaster day celebration for nemesis over the weekend. Does this mean the park is going to be really busy?
Probably no more than usual. Just there's likely to be many more enthusiasts on park than a normal day.

Rain is generally fine at Towers, it's the wind you want to watch out for. Thirteen may get affected by the rain, with its drive tyre lift hills and all, but I could be wrong.

When I went on it a few weeks ago in the rain the lift wheels were fine, it was the wheels in the drop section that struggled.

Anyone know what was up with the skyride yesterday? Signs said it was opening late and then when it was finally running they were just sending empty cars round all afternoon.

Can you use a standard merlin annual pass to get into Alton Towers this bank Holiday Monday? Checking the MAP website it only states Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays as black out days.

Just up the hillside next to the Swiss cottage. Worth the visit!

Sorry to bring an old post back up. But thank you so much we actually found it today. Shame it’s all smashed up now

I want to go to towers on friday but the x52 bus isn't on. Is there any other way I can get to towers from derby?
