Okay, rightly or wrongly I've decided against the parent and toddler tickets, too much stress!
Next (and hopefully last) question. I've now booked used the Kelloggs voucher. I have done this online, so has an e-ticket. Does this entitle me to Early Ride Time or not? The site seems to suggest all tickets bought online are valid for early entry, but not certian if they count the 2 for 1s bought online
Thanks again for your help
I had this same problem earlier this year, I emailed and they said that the Kellogg’s vouchers don’t give you ERT even if redeemed online unfortunately...(hope I understood your question correctly!)

Hi guys. Just a completely random question, but does anyone know how big the actual theme park is excluding the car parks and resort? I hear 800 acres get tossed around quite a lot, but that figure doesn’t seem believable as that would make Alton the world’s largest theme park by a considerable margin, as the current record holder is Six Flags Great Adventure at 510 acres.

800 Acres is probably the whole site (theme park, car parks, resort and other activities).Hi guys. Hi everyone, I'm wanting to visit the park on Monday and Tuesday next week. The weather forecast at the minute is saying that wind speeds will be around 20mph gusting up to 30/35mph. Is the park likely to close quite a lot of the larger rides? If so, I'll have to postpone the trip. Thanks!
The weather forecast is just a forecast, by next week the forecast can still change either way. The only rides that I aware that has been affected with 30/35mph winds is Oblivion and The Smiler. As long as the wind don't activate the wind alarm on top of Oblivion/Smiler, then the rides will operate. I've been there several times this season when this has happened and the rides only stopped temporarily, and reopened as soon as the gust of wind passes. Electrical storms can also stop the rides. The park should be very quiet on those days with plenty of ride opportunity even if the rides do stop for 20 mins or so.

That’s great news, Thanks very much for the info!

For the WelcomingNot used the site for a while, but I seem to be missing the option to buy Scarefest maze tickets as a standalone option?
https://www.altontowers.com/activities/events/scarefest/thrilling-frights/?package=24322
for other 3 mazes

I've read that the que to pick up pre booked scare maze tickets is huge
I know this is a stupid question but how long does it usually take?
The reason i'm asking as i'm thinking of booking the 130 time slot but probably won't be able to get to AT until about 12

It's not that bad, no longer than half an hour usually. You can also pick them up from the Dark Forest box office if it's open, we did this last year.

thanks
Does anybody know how busy Towers will be during the week in October while Scarefest is not on as I am going on Thursday and just wanted to know what queues to expect. Also will the Halloween decorations still be up?
Thanks
Should be reasonably quiet during the week. When they used to have the Scarefest running two weeks back to back, the first week was always quiet.
Don't worry, the Halloween decorations will still be up until the end of the Scarefest, even on the non event days. Just that the scare mazes will be closed and no late night opening

This year you don't need to collect your tickets at the attraction, you can now print them at home providing you select this as your delivery method and show these printed tickets at the maze entrances meaning no queuing at the Box Office!
