Thorpe Park: General Discussion

Part of me thinks some of these videos are staged. Surely someone who is constantly doing this sort of stuff is going to get done for trespassing?
I would bet that was staged. If they hadn't been caught, which would be quite possible, then I wouldn't have thought so, but he was and then it... ends. With zero consequence? Thorpe's PR and marketing department shoot entirely for the Youtube crowd, and this guy is bafflingly huge (to the point that he's doing fan photos before they anonymously hide in the bushes), so I'd say this is a stunt.

I can't imagine a post showing trespass would be officially sanctioned. Videos like that can only encourage copy-cats.
I thought about this too, but I genuinely wouldn't put it past Thorpe. Or maybe I would... There are too many dangerous variables, large bodies of water being just one of them.
Regardless, the video is completely insufferable.

Epic success yet they didn't do 24 hours and got caught...

I actually reported it to Thorpe yesterday and their security team is looking into it.Im sorry but how many ads do they need on that video!? How many people are sticking around to watch em all. If you wanted a damning indictment of society today, this is surely it.

Let us know if you get anything back!
Hmmm, I wonder if Thorpe is close enough to Heathrow to get them areested?
It's ~4.1 miles from the southern perimeter of Heathrow to the dome at Thorpe park.
I don't know what the rules are.

What am I missing? Merlin made a big deal about their court order against trespassers after the Ally Law incident, so surely these people are in breach of court and can be quite easily prosecuted.
I think Merlin tried it on a bit here.
You can't say anyone at any time in such an order, and make it enforceable under law.
Ally Law, mates and cronies yes, any other idiot no apparently.
They may have the order, but it is only truly enforceable on those named, and those in his sad club.
You have to start again for unrelated newbies.

The injunction does have a section (the sixth defendants) for "persons unknown entering the claimants premises without permission". I think that covers anyone trying to repeat Alistair Law's actions.

It's aimed at the people who appeared in the vlogs with him at the time. For the Alton Towers one, it was two locals who gave him a lift from Stoke station to the resort. It doesn't cover anyone else.

Wouldn't that be defendant five? Persons unknown who entered Alton Towers on 5 May 2018
