I think they will take the approach of closing it for a season (or half a season) then re-market it as 'new' the following year, that will be enough to interest the general public.
They could go for 'Nemesis: Reborn' or something like that for the sake of marketing.
I do wonder whether Towers may go one step further and add a pre-show/room or maybe a shop at the end of the ride, to make it more similar to the newer coasters.
