Towers can't really be blamed for adding more on site accommodation though. They advertise themselves as a resort, and most resorts have a minimum of three on site hotels, often quite a bit more. (Of course, most resorts have all their attractions open, but that's a different matter). So it'd be naive of the local hotels & B&B's not to expect the on site accommodation to grow. They still pick up a healthy amount of business, even with the park quieter since the crash, so they shouldn't have that much cause for complaint.
