Fixed that for you.Why is entertainment for 0-4 year olds continuing after 9pm?
They will cut this and save money.

Entertainment from 10am-3pm, is there much point in that either? This seems a bit unnecessary for days where the theme park is open, I can see entertainment getting cut between these hours in a year or two also.
The entertainments line-up itself seems okay. Much like the ents in CBeebies Land, no issues. I just wish they would do something outside of this area (starting with bringing back pirate shows and street ents).

Just having a flick through the FAQ on the CBeebies website, has probably been mentioned already, but just in case...
I wonder how much they will enforce the rule that only CBeebies Hotel guests can enter the hotel? This seems a bit unfair to other guests that may want to go have a nose, or even a family staying in another hotel that may want to take their kids in there for the evening.
More info on the bar/restaurant.
£800 for 7 hours in a vinyl covered room? No thanks Towers!

Two reasons for this
1-for child protection. Having a 40 year old enthusiast wandering around a kids hotel could easily be misinterpreted!
2-Merlin will want guests to pay FULL CBeebies Land Hotel prices for use of any of its services. No staying in a local B&B and enjoying the CBeebies Land Hotel entertainment as that would be FREE. I can imagine that word carrying an eerie silence after it in Merlin corporate offices!

Because Alton Towers is fully of dangerous people that will hurt children. It's a family resort...

That's why I mention the other hotels. You have the Enchanted Village, Alton Towers Hotel, Splash Landings Hotel... kids stay in the other hotels and the setup with the current hotels is that you can roam around as a paying hotel guest and choose. I didn't mention anywhere about B&B users outside the resort using the facilities.
Seems strange to break it with this hotel and make it exclusive to only that hotels guests. CBeebies Land Hotel guests can go in the other hotels as they please, yet the other hotel guests cannot go in CBeebies Hotel... like mentioned above the same rule should apply to all hotels in that case, to make it fair.
I couldn't care less about CBeebies Hotel, it's not aimed at my age group and I don't have kids to take, although I don't like the whole exclusive 'us and them' approach with this, especially when those staying in ATH/SLH/EV are paying almost just as much to have the privilege of staying on resort.

True, but parents with very young children might still find it a bit odd.

Find what odd? People visiting a hotel?

Don't think I'm defending Merlin, because I'm definitely not, but I can see logic behind this move.
CBeebies is intended for under 6 year olds. Some 40 year old guy (no offence to anyone
) walking around an toddlers' hotel alone would seem a little creepy to me. It's like an adult just turning up to a nursery and walking around it, could be seen as a bit sinister even if there's no actual intent to do anything. Just sayin.

I'm just saying they might consider adults without children wandering around a Hotel they're not staying in odd.

Because in reality it's extremely difficult to distinguish between the non-existent 40 year old man who's having a poke around and the non-existent 40 year old man who took a bath whilst his partner took their kids back to the hotel, and is catching them up later on.I am not saying that the hotel should be open so people on their own without kids can go in, I'm saying the hotel should be open so families from other hotels can go in.
Why is a non-existent 40 year old man being brought up...
If a family wants to experience the CBeebies hotel, they need to book a room in it. Why build a separate specialized/unique accommodation offering if every Tom, Dick and Harry / Courtney, Tia-Maria and Shanice can visit having booked into Splash Landings?

In think its more likely to last because it's harder to monetise this than it is a waterpark.Cariba Creek was supposed to be exclusive to hotel guests when it opened. I'm sure this won't last.
