He's still mentioned as being involved on the website, and would still assume that'd be the case. But the restaurant would still need a head chef, while I presume he'd still remain head chef at Ammolite, unless he moved to an executive role overseeing both restaurants.I thought the chef from Ammolite, Peter Hagen-Wiest, was going to be the head chef at Eatrenalin. I wonder if this is a change or my assumption was wrong/he's just involved in the concept rather than anything else

The latest EP News now has no more mention of the Summer opening but rather states Autumn 2022. Another delay is unfortunate but hopefully it means they will really have the kinks worked out come opening for such an experimental high tech product.
