The Radio Times for the week 07/07- 13/07 comes out on Tuesday so it's best to check then. My Sky digiguide is still saying Holidays from Hell but that's a repeat for the 12th.

The RadioTimes website currently says Caught on Camera for 9 pm on C4 on the 12th.

I wouldn’t depend on radio times. The schedules are not locked down until after it goes on sale so it still might change

I checked last night and according to my Tivo, nothing coming up in the next two weeks with "Alton Towers" in a title or description

Not really. It's one of a number of documentaries pencilled in for channel 4's upcoming season of documentaries, so could be on within weeks, or maybe months. Until the production company or channel 4 release some info, it's anyones guess, until it's close enough in time that someone finds it on an upcoming tv guide/planner.
