Some more details that have been released on the mini-site:
And a few new photos:

Hansa Park said:KÄRNAN’s total track length will be 1,235 metres.
KÄRNAN’s first drop will be a 67-metre plunge.
KÄRNAN will require about 200 supports outside the buildings.
KÄRNAN will also be a terrain coaster running just slightly above the ground on certain ride sections.
And a few new photos:

I can only speculate from this, that it will be a vertical lift and drop inside the tower, possibly enclosed entirely, which fits Gerst drop styles, and explains the enormous width of the Tower as well.
And over 1.2km long? 2 dark sections, and indoor dark inversion.
Oh.
And LAPBARS.

I'd imagine it will exit the tower at the top and drop outside. You can see the exit here:

Anyway here are a few more new photos:

Can't wait until track starts going up and we get to see what the layout is like. Despite there being two new B&Ms I'd say this is the most exciting coaster project in Europe for 2015.

It may not have the bliss factor that Helix had, but it's got the MOTHER OF WARDLEY WHAT ARE YOU DOING factor.
And nope @Rob I think it's going to drop inside the tower, look:
That fits with the cut out as well.
It seems a waste to have the climb in the dark surely?
The shape you point out though definitely looks track and train shape no doubt so my bet on that would be climb outside, drop in.

If they are going to theme inside which given it's based on that castle I'd imagine they're going to do something they'd surely need access? And also maintenance and track inspection given it's sheer size inside, putting a stairwell up may have something to do with that. It doesn't look like evac stairs to me, and you'd struggle to get a cherry in there as well - for me I'd say they're for inspection but there's people WAY more knowledgeable on here than me.
