Apparently it's the buildings that have gone up, the watch tower has been destroyed so far.

At least with it not being hydarulic, there's no oil to explode?
 
I would hope they would use non-flamable oil in these things.
... Then again, shame there isn't a huge tank of high pressure fuel sitting under this thing. :(
 
Enough of the memes now I think and back on topic! There's now been a statement issued by PA (roughly translated!):

PortAventura announced that at 8pm today there has been a fire in a themed building at Ferrari Land. The company put emergency plans in place and the fire brigade immediately attended the scene of the fire. At present the fire is under control we confirm there's been no injuries. PortAventura is analysing the facts to determine the cause of the fire, but this incident will not modify the planned opening schedule.
