That woman sure looks happy to be on that ride! The name is growing on me and when you look at the concept art you can see what they wanted to achieve with the logo and name.

so whats the inoculator then??
I have a feeling the ride will be called "Smile". This is mainly because of the press release I read on the TS main site, where one of the lines reads "Lost your Smile?". Maybe that could be just a slip, but why does that have a capital letter. Even if I wasn't reading too much into that, we know the ride will be themed around the 'Ministry of Joy', and the graffiti seen around the park is of a...SMILE. Not only that, but the logo for the Sanctuary scare maze even has a smile in it.
If the rides not called Smile, then I at least think it will have a name with a similar meaning. But I'm having a hard time thinking of words that aren't something like "grin", which would be a terrible name for a rollercoaster.
How about The Smile, The Smiler or The Smiling... guaranteed it doesn't immediately jump out as a name Alton Towers would use for a ride. However it's simple, easy to understand and fits into the concept brilliantly.

I just find it interesting that someone correctly guessed the name exactly! Just thought it should be highlighted...

Sorry to ruin this, but I didn't guess the name. I knew the name was The Smiler back in October. It was naughty of me to have posted that at the time really.
The animation on that page is very Oblivion.Ollie said:Not quite complete but see here:

There is a feature which invites you to play the game (link not yet working) that shows a bit of what the trains are potentially like.
