This is interesting and I don't doubt that Thorpe know better than me, but is that really necessary? Aren't almost all the rides just 'put bag here, sit in seat, pull down big bar, do seatbelt'?

The person who designed the logo is apparently the same person managing their social media, so I'm not sure it's an attempt to be playful or if they've taken offense to the criticism and are genuinely posting stuff in anger that they shouldn't be.

I don't see the need for brands to try and 'hit back' at criticism at all. No benefit to it IMO. Darryl is also being rude, but he's a person, not a company.
